Transcending Stress
Workshop
Stress
effects employee morale, absenteeism, job turnover, and productivity.
According to the America Institute of Stress, American businesses lose over
$300B each year due to stress related costs. Stress is not going away if
anything, its only going to get worse. In this workshop, people learn
three important tools that allow them to Transcending Stress.
We are
in the HOW business. Let me explain, in a typical workshop a trainer might tell
an audience to “let go of the past” but never quite explain exactly how to
accomplish it. We show attendees how use simple steps to let go of an event so
there are no emotions that make them feel Uncomfortable. Attendees actually
“feel” that these tools are working so they will start using them to improve the
quality of their lives and the quality of their work.
This
workshop is designed to address the needs of the frontline staff that have to
deal with the public in crisis situations. When people are not getting the help
