Better Beliefs Better Results
Real change only happens when the beliefs of an organization allow it. This organization tried to make changes several times in the past. They knew what the problems were but never were quite able to get the team leaders to make the necessary changes.
What was needed here was a fundamental change of beliefs. The team went from how can I look good and how my department can look good to what can I do to ensure the organization wins. This belief shift fundamentally change the organization. Problems that they had tried and failed to resolve in the past were quickly addressed. The whole team came together on the same page, going in the same direction. This became an organization where real issues were addressed head-on.
