Stronger Team

Derek had a team of vice presidents reporting to him.  Everyone was concerned about reaching their personal and departmental goals.  Somewhere the goals of the organization got put into second place.

In a two-day retreat we were able to transform the beliefs of the later and all of the vice presidents.  the new belief was that the organization was paramount.  It was their responsibility to support one another to ensure the organization achieved its goals.
